New York Red uses only Fancy Grade hot-break tomato paste with a solid healthy red color from fresh vine-ripened tomatoes. The addition of distilled white vinegar gives the ketchup its bite. After that, sugar and salt are added. Finally, a blend of whole and ground spices is cooked into the mixture along with our hallmark nutrient enrichment. Each kettle is cooked and bottled individually, by yours truly.
